"Checkout took longer than I expected"
I’m not really sure what happened, but placing my order felt more complicated than it should’ve been. The checkout process was kind of clunky, and I kept wondering if I missed a step or if the page just wasn’t loading right. It eventually worked, but it took way longer than I expected

"Print didn’t turn out like I hoped"
The order did show up on time, so that part was fine. But the actual print was disappointing. The colors looked kind of dull and a little blurry, and it really didn’t match what I saw in the preview. Some of the edges were rough too. I also felt like nobody really read my message or paid attention to what I was expecting. For the price, I thought it would be better. It’s usable, but I don’t think I’d order again...

For some reason, my payment kept failing when I was trying to check out. It eventually made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be.

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
To be fair, the order itself was fine once it arrived, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was definitely annoying.

"Wanted to love it, but the sizing felt off"
I usually really like this brand and I’ve had good luck with their clothes before, so I ordered my normal size without thinking twice. Unfortunately, this one fit super weird and felt tighter than expected in all the wrong places. I’m kind of torn because I want to stay loyal, but the sizing on this was definitely a miss for me

"Not quite the reaction I expected"
I ordered something from personalday.com as a gift for my sister, it didn’t really land the way I hoped. She was polite about it, but you could kind of tell it wasn’t exactly her thing, or whatever that was supposed to be. It looked a lot nicer in the pictures online than it did when it showed up. Delivery was fine, no real issue there, but the item itself just felt a bit cheaper than I expected...

I had an issue with my order and it took a while before I heard back, which was a little confusing?? They did eventually sort everything out, so I can’t complain too much, but it definitely wasn’t the quickest process.

"Return and refund took forever"
I had a frustrating return experience. I thought it would be simple, but the refund took way longer than I expected. I kept trying to get a clear answer and—actually, I kept having to check for updates myself, which got really annoying. I probably won’t order again unless they make the return process a lot smoother...

At first, I was happy with it and thought I’d made a solid buy. But after just a few weeks, it started wearing out like it had been through some kind of tragic battle. For the price, I really expected it to hold up better. Kind of a letdown

I was a bit disappointed with the selection. There just weren’t many designs to pick from, so it felt limited. I also never got any follow-up after asking about other options, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Confusing site that made me lose trust"
I tried using the site, but it was frustrating. Pages were slow to load, and I kept clicking around just trying to find basic information. After a while, it started to feel like if they can’t make the site clear and easy to use, how am I supposed to trust the rest of the service? I gave up quickly.

I gave personalday.com a try, i walked away feeling like I paid way too much for what I got!! The service was basic, and it didn’t really do enough for me to justify the price. Maybe other people would get more out of it, but for me, the value just wasn’t there!! I probably wouldn’t use it again unless it was a lot cheaper!!!

I emailed support it took days to hear back. I kept checking my inbox, then kind of forgot about it, then remembered I still had no answer. The issue itself wasn’t even that complicated, which made the wait more annoying. When they finally replied, it was fine, but the delay was definitely frustrating

"Sooo frustrating dealing with order updates"
The order communication was bad. I wasn’t getting clear updates at all, so I kept having to check on things myself. When I did get replies, they were sloooow and didn’t really help much. The whole thing just felt annoying and way more confusing than it needed to be

"Good deals, just make sure you read the promo terms"
I used Personalday mainly because they had a discount going, it worked just fine at checkout. I know some people get picky about promo codes, but in my case there wasn’t any drama with applying it.

The prices were decent once the promo was added. I’m not saying it was some unbelievable steal or anything, but it definitely made the order feel more worth it. I also noticed a couple other offers show up later, so there do seem to be deals around if you pay attention.

The only thing I’d say is to actually read the details, because some discounts have little conditions attached. That’s not really a big issue in my opinion, just something to be aware of. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d give it 4 stars.

"The personalization just really missed the mark"
I don’t know, the personalization felt kind of random to me. Like, it didn’t really seem based on me at all, you know? I was expecting something that felt a bit more accurate or tailored, but it just didn’t land. Disappointing overall, and yeah, I probably wouldn’t trust it again.

"Photos Didn't Match What I Got"
The weird part is, I went back and checked the product photos again thinking maybe I remembered them wrong, but nope. What showed up looked different in person. The colors were off, and the little details looked a lot cheaper than they did online. I don’t think it was just lighting or angles either. it felt like I ordered one thing and received something else.
